This high end private residence was a project that required a number of different floor and wall finishes across a selection of rooms as part of a redevelopment programme which saw the renovation of the existing property.

We were asked to undertake the supply and installation of the following:

• Marble flooring on Ditra Matting to the main hall way, kitchen diner and master en-suite
• Marble hearth and fireplace surround
• Dekton Trillian porcelain bar top
• Floor and wall tiling to 4 en-suites and 1 wc
• Timber flooring with acoustic underlay to the bedrooms, lounge, dining and landing areas
• Traditional fit carpet to the cinema room and bedroom mezzanines
• Concrete effect and chequerplate effect vinyl flooring to the bar area
