Blade Flooring worked alongside Grangewood Builders on this high-end Residential development based in Regents Park.

The package required us to supply and install a White Chalk Brushed & Oiled Engineered Timber Floor bonded to a Cellecta Screedboard 28 substrate in the living areas, and a large format Domus porcelain tile floor to the bathrooms and entrance hall areas utilising a Ditra Matting decoupling membrane.

Through careful planning and collaboration with the main contractor we ensured that the end result was in keeping with the overall standard of the development, the impressive results of which can be seen in the photos here.
