Project Overview

Medway Maritime Hospital required a new Emergency Department which has been one of the biggest redevelopment projects that the Trust has undertaken in over a decade, creating an outstanding facility for their clinicians and care for patients.

Blade Flooring were contracted to carry out the supply and installation of Polyflor vinyl in a delicate environment where the works were being installed adjacent to a live ward. There was also a requirement to connect the new Emergency Department to the existing Clinical Decisions Unit where we installed a structural movement joint to link the buildings together.

A successful project for Blade from start to finish and a thrilled main contractor and client.
