Blade Flooring were successful in securing the flooring package to supply and install 13,000m2 of Moduleo Transform Luxury Vinyl Tiles to student bedrooms and 3000m2 of Interface carpet tiles to communal areas in this 614 bed purpose-built student accommodation.

The development comprises six new residential blocks each at different stepped heights of three, seven and ten storeys, rising to a 20 storey tower in the south-west corner of the site.

A challenging project due to issues with preceding trades, however, we improved programme by offering and RG adopting our proposed initiatives by pump screeding latex to gain back precious programme time. A high-quality installation coupled with an excellent working relationship with RG Group ensures the continued success of this project.
